Most of us either feel guilty or nervous about having to leave our pet’s alone and not realizing how our thoughts have became vibrations and habits that get absorbed into our environment. Our dog’s feel our vibrational change before we even walk out the door and their anxiety escalates so to no fault of their own the only way they know how to release it is through destructive behaviors. TIP’S ON CALMING THEIR MINDS! Before you leave engage your dog’s mind with a calm walk (you can walk in the house as well) then put on meditation music, then guide them to their bed and then leave “no sad or excited goodbyes.” If you hear them crying at the door and they probably will be STOP take a moment to go back walk them back to their designated location a firm STAY then walk away.
NOTE: you will have to do this a few times until the new energy and new habits kick in! BE PERSISTENT! A stable dog will sleep 12 hrs a day an unstable anxious dog will spend hours a day destroying their environment.
